Every audit runs the same five rubrics — the patterns that drive booking conversion on Airbnb and Vrbo. No fluff, no superlatives, no "you're doing great!" filler.
Length sweet spot 35–60 chars. Hook strength. Inclusion of a searchable amenity or landmark. Penalties for ALL-CAPS, emoji spam, vague superlatives, and platform-banned content.
Scannability. Section structure (The Space / Sleeping / Bathrooms / Kitchen / Workspace / Outdoor / Location / Rules). Specific named features over generic adjectives. Logistics covered: check-in method, parking, wifi, quirks.
Count, cover-photo strength, sequencing (cover → living → kitchen → bedrooms → bathrooms → outdoor), aspect ratios, and shot-type diversity from caption hints. Image-content analysis (cover quality, missing shot types) lands in v0.2 paid.
Search-filter coverage. Missing the staples (Wifi / Kitchen / Parking / AC / Washer) hides you from search filters. Missing differentiators (Hot tub / EV charger / Pets / Workspace) costs you the segment that filters for those.
Average rating, total count, and recurring complaint themes that appear across multiple reviews. Single-mention complaints are ignored — only repeated patterns count. Praise themes get surfaced so you can amplify them in the description.
We pull listing data the way a guest does — from the public listing page. We never log into your host account, never see your booking history, never store your IP address (only a salted hash for rate-limiting). Audits are stored so you can come back to your result via the share link.
