Privacy

We collect almost nothing.

What we store

• The listing URL you paste, plus the audit result we generated for it.
• A salted hash of your IP address (sha256 of IP_HASH_SALT + ip) — used only for rate limiting. We cannot recover the raw IP from this hash.
• Your email address if (and only if) you sign up for the email-gated PDF report or empire newsletter.
• Token-count and cost telemetry per audit, for ops monitoring. No prompt or response content stored at the application layer beyond the scorecard you see.

What we don't store

• Your raw IP address.
• Your host account credentials.
• Your booking history, calendar, or payouts.
• Personal data from your listing's reviewers beyond the public review snippet text the platform exposes.

Third parties

• Apify — managed scraper that fetches the public listing page when our free JSON-LD parse falls short.
• Anthropic — the LLM provider that scores each dimension. Anthropic does not train on API traffic.
• Hostinger — hosting provider. Their privacy policy governs their server-level logs.
• Google Analytics 4 — page-view + event analytics. We anonymize IP and disable advertising features.

How to delete your data

Email hello@listingaudit.tools with the audit URLs you'd like removed. We delete them within seven days and email confirmation. If you've subscribed to the empire newsletter, every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
